Scrubber Liquid Purification Units

The principle of operation - the water circulating between the scrubber and the water treatment unit by a circulation pump is sprayed inside the sealed chamber toward the exhaust gases by removing them from carbon black, oxides of heavy metals and other contaminants. Thereafter, the water flows back into the water treatment unit, which is purified and fed back to the scrubber. Thus, harmful impurities gradually accumulate in the water treatment unit, from which can subsequently be manually removed and utilizirovanny in special plants.

In this case the scrubber is connected with the installation factor via a flexible duct reinforced with stainless steel, and the flue gases thrust provided by the exhauster.

It comes in complex with exhauster, the water treatment unit, a circulation pump, connecting sleeves and the exhaust pipe.
