Hidro-Water - Model SW 8 Series -Seawater Reverse Osmosis System
Reverse osmosis systems designed for desalination of seawater, to produce water with a salinity of less than 500 ppm, eliminating much of the impurities present in water. Designed especially for applications for drinking water, service water and water for different industrial processes near shore.
System constructed of materials and components of high quality with a compact and robust design in steel frame made of painted carbon.
Production of osmosis series SW8 “ranges from 1500 l/h to 43000 l/h for TDS less than 36.000 ppm and 18ºC temperature. For higher flows and salinities, consult our technical department.
Includes 5 micron multi-cartridge filter, automatic valve type pneumatic made of PVC, minimum pressure switch, high pressure switch, high pressure pump commanded by VSD, 8” seawater membrane with high salt rejection, GRP membrane housing, two flowmeters (rejection and permeate), glycerin manometer, control valves, high pressure pipe made of 904 stainless pipe and low pressure pipe made in PVC, electrical power and control box with PLC SIEMENS and conductivity meter. It incorporates automatic flushing with osmostic water and CIP cleaning system. Incorporates energy recovery system depending on model and/or version. Conversion from 25% to 45%, depending on the model and inlet water analysis.
All osmosis systems series SW8” require a pretreatment and/or appropriate post treatment depending on the origin and quality of water to be treated and the final application of the treated water.
