Maxflow - Self-Cleaning Continuous Belt Filter Systems

The belt filter system from GKD is used for the filtration of water-based cooling lubricants. Thanks to the filter-aid-free cake filtration, we achieve filtration rates of between 40 µm and 200 µm, depending on the application. Filtration and discharge take place via a stainless steel continuous filter belt. The self-cleaning filter belt reliably retains particles from machining operations. GKD produces belt filter systems with system outputs in the range from 150 l/min to 400 l/min. Coated steel is used as the standard material for these systems. For water-based applications, the systems are supplied in stainless steel.
