Plymovent - Self-Cleaning Welding Fume Extractor

This welding fume extractor comes in 3 variations: Standard, Power, and PowerPlus.

• The Standard version is suitable for regular welding activities where an extraction capacity of 1000 m3/h per arm is sufficient. This version is available with one or two KUA extraction arms, with lengths of 3 or 4 meters and a diameter of 160 mm.
   
  The Power version is also available with one or two KUA extraction arms of 3 or 4 meters in length, but these have a diameter of 200 mm. Additionally, this version is suitable for welding applications where an extraction capacity of 1450 m3/h is necessary (average to heavy welding fume production).
   
  The PowerPlus is the powerhouse for serious work. With an extraction capacity of 1800 m3/h, this version is suitable for applications with very high welding fume production, such as automatic welding, high amperage welding, and flux-cored arc welding. The PowerPlus comes with the most powerful fan and one KUA extraction arm with a diameter of 200 mm and 3 or 4 meters in length.

Extended reach
All arms can be mounted directly onto the filter unit, but also externally for extended reach. To facilitate maintenance, an optional dustbin extension can be connected. This allows you to provide safety for everyone: the welder, their immediate surroundings, as well as your maintenance technicians.

The HyperClean system: best of both worlds

The WallPro 2.0 utilizes Plymovent's new and unparalleled, fully automatic HyperClean™ filter cleaning system, setting a new standard for efficiency and performance in filter cleaning. Unlike the Back Pulse system, the HyperClean™ system requires a built-in compressed air tank, allowing the housing to remain compact.

This system has been specifically developed to clean the filter cartridge evenly and thoroughly, reducing filter load and extending its lifespan. The HyperClean™ system cleans the filter cartridge uniformly by blowing compressed air through flexible air lines. The tubes can move freely in all directions while expelling air jet at high velocity through the filter media, blowing the dirt from the filter surface area. The dust and dirt particles are collected in the dust bin.

The high-efficiency 20 m2 PTFE membrane filter cartridge ensures captured premium filter efficiency at low pressure drop. Equipped with a PTFE coating, the filter cartridge better repels dust during cleaning cycles. This extends the filter's lifespan and regulates any pressure drops, thereby reducing energy consumption.
