Schleuniger - Model E400 -Semi-Automated Cut and Strip Machine
The Cut & Strip Family E400 processes wire, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables from 0.8 – 12.5 mm (0.032 – 0.49") with cross-sections from 0.14 – 16 mm² (26 – 6 AWG). Standard applications of the Cut & Strip machine series E400 include stripping the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips on either or both sides. It processes wires, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables, including insulation such as PVC, PUR, or Teflon. A short piece kit allows for the processing of short wires.Job creation is made easy with predefined and verified default parameters. The intuitive S.Drive software facilitates the creation of jobs and article programs. The "Quick-Run Mode" allows for immediate production with just a few clicks.The contact pressure on the belt drive feeding unit is programmable. It allows for very fine and targeted adjustments.
High Precision with an Integrated Short Piece Kit
The E400 is equipped with a high-resolution cutting unit and high-precision clamping axes. A short piece kit for processing short cables is already integrated into the belt drive.
The durable coated belt drive on the Cut & Strip Family E400 ensures optimal transport of cables. The contact pressure is programmable for finely targeted feeding.
The intuitive display makes creating jobs easy. The S.Drive software will guide the operator through setup and assist with troubleshooting providing information on the HMI.
