OMARModel OG Blister -Semi-automatic Blistering Machine

OG blister is a semi-automatic blistering machine equipped with a Planet Pack system for automatic format change. The blisters are made using the four formed parts already positioned simultaneously in the upper and lower part of the machine. The machine works with pre-cut foils for thermoforming and sealing. Fast format change with PLC guided loading and unloading. Parameter management and data input by SIEMENS touch screen panel. Transmission and drive ensured through "brushless" motors. Rotating table and head to increase productivity at each cycle with the Planet Pack system. Alternating or continuous work cycles. Blisters finished at each machine cycle/stop.
