Second RO Tech - Model SEC-1800GLS -Semi-automatic RO dispensing and spiral winding machine
This is a semi-automatic RO element dispensing and spiral winding machine. The core pipe will be welding to the carrier membrane automatically. One operator will need to stand by the machine to place element leaf one by one after dispensed. After completed layers, the machine will spiral wind up the roll and wrap the outer tape to protect. The machine is effective and efficient for different type of element withing the ranges. This machine different from V3, because the leaf will be feed to the front, but still need an operator to pick up and place on top of the other.
