High manganese steel perforated metal plate is a wear-resistant metal sheet made primarily from Hadfield Steel (Mn13, X120Mn12). Length: 1m – 6m (custom sizes available). Width: 0.5m – 1.5m (non-standard sizes supported). Thickness: 1mm – 30mm (customizable based on application). Material: High manganese steel, known for outstanding wear resistance and impact toughness. Hole Types: Round, square, slotted, triangular, and customized shapes. Hole Size Range: 1mm – 100mm or larger, flexible customization available.
Under heavy impact or high-pressure wear, the surface of Mn13/X120Mn12 undergoes work-hardening. Its hardness can increase from HB180 to over HB500, significantly extending service life. This makes it ideal for mining, crushing, and high-impact environments.
