GD DAF has been successfully applied to the treatment of process and wastewater,water in many industries, including:

The GD DAF is designed with a large surface, is especially suited to treat sewage with a large flotation sludge volume. Process water which is flocculants through flocculants system then directed to the GD-DAF tank. The influent to be treated is blended with "milky water", an emulsion of millions of micro bubbles are generated when the pressure of air saturated water is suddenly released. Up to 25^30% of the effluent is re-circulated for the generation of pressure water through a multi stage side-channel pump. A compressor feeds air to the pump rotor that generates micron bubbles with a large surface for water saturation. The water with air is completed in a reactor tube then flow into flotation cell through pressure release valve. Only the top of portion of this concentrated sludge is skimmed to sludge compartment. The sludge skimmer system is constructed of stainless steel chain and clamp type plate holding a flexible, semi-rigid rubber wiper. The sludge into the sludge tank by gravity enhanced de-watering.
