Ensures labeling of the checked cylinders after filling, consists of manual shrink head or automatic shrink machine and vapour generator. Vapour obtained by the vapour generator outside the filling building are delivered with the pipes into the automatic shrink machine and cylinders proceeding on the conveyor are shrinked here.

Automatic Shrink Machine

Electric Vapour Generator
- Generates vapour with maximum 3 bar pressure.

- Water level is checked automatically by fluid level relay.
- Vapour pressure control is maintained by a pressurestat.
- Thermostat breaks off the circuit for safety purposes when temperature exceeds normal values.
- Generator is protected by two valves set at 4 bars.
- System is hydrostatic tested under 5 Bar pressure.
- Body metal sheet thickness is 5 mms.
- Immersion galvanized.
- Feeding pump power is 0,37 kw.
- Feeding pump max. pressure is 4 bars.
- Water level can be observed through through the glass of level indicator on the side.
- Lime is separated from the feed water passing through back washing resin tank. Lime free water increases generator life.
