The Bio3t-SCSTM Septicity Control System offers a preventative solution against the production of Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) and the odour pollution that is generated by the gas in sewers and pipe systems transferring sewage and wastewater. The system has been carefully designed to eliminate the potential production of the H2S gas thus ensuring safety for the workers, maintaining the quality of the sewage being pumped to a treatable level and reduce the corrosion problems associated with the gas. The Bio3t-SCSTM Septicity Control systems uses the proprietary smart SepticAITM software to control the dosage autonomously.

Septicity occurs when sewage or polluted wastewater containing sulphur is stored for a long period of time in pumped or gravity rising mains, resulting in the depletion of the oxygen in the water thus promoting an anaerobic biological activity that creates the hydrogon sulphide (H2S) gas in the liquid.

The Bio3t-SCSTM Septiciy Control System is designed to be your one stop solution in solving your septicity dosing requirements, be it on existing sites or a new installation. Each packaged system is pre-set to adapt the dosing arrangement of the specific location it is installed in and based on the specific pumping station and sewer line it is intended to keep free from septicity.

With it?s tripe compensation mode activated in automatic mode, the system constantly adjusts the chemical dose to match three main parameters (a) ambient conditions, (b) production of hydrogen sulphide and (c) varying flow patterns in the sewer. This ensures an optimum chemical dose to protect the sewer from harmful H2Sgas build up while reducing unnecessary chemical consumption. The operator can also chose to operate the system in manual mode and web interface ensures 24/7 technical backup without delays.
