Thanks to our winding department we have the capacity to build project specific tanks and systems both for the local market and internationally. Our winding machine is capable of producing up to 3m dia. Some of our projects include. Chemical bounded tanks for the Mghatab chemical treatment facility. Having an in-house filament winding machine, it was only natural to go into the production of pipelines and flanges. Over the years the company has perfected the design of flanges, pipes and corresponding joints, adapting for various types of pressures and dimensions.

One of our most recent projects was the construction of 2 custom-built silt cleaning tanks for turbine chimneys at the local BWSC Power Plant. These tanks were 2.1m in diameter and 13m in height.

Our filament winding machinery allows us to provide solutions for any type of water transportation. We can cater for both standard configuration of water bowsers and custom-built containment, to suit the clients’ needs. We are proud to say that we have been manufacturing bowsers for over 30 years and our products have outlived the lifespan of the vehicles that were carrying them.

The smart way to manage sewage BIO3T-SCS. The Bio3t-SCS Septicity Control System offers a preventative solution against the production of Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) and the odor pollution that is generated by the gas in sewers and pipe systems transferring sewage and wastewater. Prevention Pays Off - The system has been carefully designed to eliminate the potential production of the H2S gas thus ensuring safety for the workers, maintaining the quality of the sewage being pumped to a treatable level and reduce the corrosion problems associated with the gas. Not Just a Dosing Pump -The Bio3t-SCS Septicity Control systems uses the proprietary smart SepticAI software to control the dosage autonomously.

Being based on an island, we understand the importance of optimising products to facilitate their shipping, thus increasing the profitability of shipping costs. This is a key factor enhancing the international attractiveness of our services. Thanks to our manufacturing flexibility and prototyping, we are capable of creating products that fit in any standard shipping container. A case in point is our proprietary squarish cylinder, able to retain the advantages of the filament winding process whilst reducing the deadspace in a shipping container. The TPRO range of GRP Cartridge Filter Vessels has been designed specifically to be utilised in the sea water reverse osmosis desalination industry. The vessels are constructed from glass reinforced polyester (GRP) and incorporate an integral resin rich liner. All wetted components are non-metallic or 6% Mo Stainless steel such as SMO 254 (UNS S31254). In addition, all sealing hardware is manufactured out of stainless steel. These filters are also compatible with the chemicals normally utilized in the cleaning of reverse osmosis. These vessels are built to accommodate up to 141 X 50?elements.
