The Simem ReMDC is a specialized industrial waste mixer designed to tackle waste treatment and the refurbishing of industrial byproducts. It features a robust structure with wear liners and Ni-Hard cast iron paddles, ensuring durability and longevity. The mixer is hydro-dynamically engineered to minimize wear while delivering exceptional mixing results. This is particularly beneficial for pumpable slurries, road pavements, and the treatment of solid industrial waste. Equipped with twin shaft mixers and high-efficiency planetary gearboxes, the ReMDC achieves mechanical efficiency of up to 94%. An integrated oil cooling system helps maintain optimal temperature, prolonging gearbox life and reducing maintenance expenses. Additionally, the MixerMindTM system oversees the mixing process, issuing service reminders and alerts to prevent damage. The automatic greasing system includes four special labyrinth mixer shaft seals, constantly lubricated by an electric grease pump, enhancing reliability and operational efficiency.
