Simultaneous - Filter Press
TheSIMULTANEOUSfilter press provides completely automatic operation and it is especially suited to low-medium filtration cycles with high quantities of solids requiring separation. It can be a process machine or a purification plant machine; derived from our Matchless model, theSIMULTANEOUSfilter is offered in models ranging from 4959/8 and 1500/50. The unloading of the cakes takes place in a reduced time with the simultaneous opening of all the plates together. For this reason, the machine has a cylinder having a long stroke.

The SIMULTANEOUS model is in fact the most economic solution for fully automatic machines.
The SIMULTANEOUS filter can be supplied with polypropylene filtering elements, with the filtrate discharging both in open channel as well as in a system of internal headers, alternatively it can be equipped with membrane plates offering improved dewatering performance.
In any case, it is a completely automatic machine controlled by a PLC which provides for successive filtration, or with the provision of a special programmable shaking device for each filter element, which eases considerably the detachment of cakes from the cloths.
All machines have a fully protected filtering part and accessible by rotating or interlocked sliding doors; as well as the handling system of the filtering elements and other moving parts.
