FABEKUN - Sink Shaft
With the FABEKUN sink, network operators reduce their operating costs. Areas of application are sewers in which, according to experience, deposits often occur, which can lead to odor nuisances and clogging, but also to damage to the pipes. Regular cleaning of these lines by a washing trolley causes costs. In addition, the pipes could be damaged by the flushing nozzle. Limited space on site also ensures increased effort and temporary traffic obstructions. When using a FABEKUN rinse shaft, the regular maintenance is reduced by a washing-up vehicle, in some cases they can be dispensed with.
- Simple mechanism without external energy
- Saves operating costs
- retrofittable
- gentle channel flushing
The finished part, like a conventional shaft ring, is placed on an already existing shaft lower part (type A) or is set as an initial shaft when a canal is built (type U). The washing shaft also collects small amounts of rainfall. As soon as a storage volume of about 600 l of rainwater is reached, a simple mechanism is set in motion – the accumulated amount of water shoots into the connected channel in a swell-like manner and thus cleans it without the use of external energy.
TYPE A
The FABEKUN ® rinse shaft is available in two versions. The attachment shaft type A (DN 1000 lower part, DN1200 upper part) is set like a conventional shaft ring on an already existing shaft lower part manufactured according to DIN-4034 Part-1 / DIN EN 1917.
TYPE U
The type U washing-up shaft with integrated shaft bottom part (DN 1200) is suitable for installation in final positions in new-build areas, which usually only have a low installation depth and a small gradient.
Type A and Type U can be installed with cover plate (at low installation depths) or with cone (with sufficient installation depth).
