Lianda Filter - Sintered metal mesh filter tube for automatic self-cleaning filter
Big size sintered mesh filter tube screen are often made of sintered wire mesh with perforated metal sheet. They are the filter elements of automatic self-cleaning filter, for applications of ballast water treatment, cooling water filtration, and other high flow liquid filtration. Hastelloy nickel based sintered mesh are often used for severely corrosive working conditions in these applications.
The hardware / end fitting material can be different with the sintered metal mesh.
316 (1.4401), 316L (1.4404), 304, 304L stainless steel are the among the standard material for sintered metal mesh filter tube & screen.
Other exotic materials are also available as request, such as 310S, 904L, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22, Monel 400, Inconel 625, etc.
