ZRF Ritec - Model SDP 311 and SDP 311/C -Slim Spectrometric Detection Probes for Gamma-ray Detection in Narrow Locations
ZRF Ritec SIA offers Slim Spectrometric Detection Probes, particularly designed for gamma-ray detection in confined spaces. This product line includes the SDP 311 and SDP 311/C models. The SDP 311 features a CdZnTe quasi-hemispherical detector, while the SDP 311/C incorporates a CdTe or CdZnTe planar counting grade detector. Enclosed in a thin rectangular case, these probes integrate a detector and charge sensitive preamplifier. With a minimal thickness of just 4 mm, the SDP 311 is tailored for applications where space is restrictive, making it suitable as a single element in multi-element detector arrays. The probes support high voltages up to 600 V with positive or negative polarization and offer energy resolutions at 662 keV ranging from 10 to 22 keV, dependent on detector volume. Specifications also include an operation temperature range of 0 to 40 °C a peak position shift of less than 0.02%per °C, and a signal rise time under 150 ns.Power demand is +12 V, 12 mA and -12 V, 8 mA.

SDP 311/C
"Slim" Spectrometric Detection Probes are miniature gamma-ray detection devices. Spectrometric detection probe SDP 311 and counting detection probe SDP 311/C are available.
The detection probes consist of detector and charge sensitive preamplifier placed inside of a thin rectangular case. The SDP 311 contains CdZnTe quasi-hemispherical detector, the SDP 311/C contains CdTe or CdZnTe planar counting grade detector.
These probes have been especially designed for application in a very narrow locations. Distinctive peculiarity of the SDP 311 is a very small thickness, only 4 mm. These probes also can be used as a single element of a multi-element detectors array.
- Very small thickness and weight
- High energy resolution
- Room temperature operation
- High countrate capability
- Small consumption power
- Nuclear spent fuel verification
- Nuclear waste treatment facilities
