Entec - Model PRP-445 -Slow-Turning Dynamic Mixers for Small Volumes
The mixer is driven by an electrical drive equipped with a reduction box. Depending on the application, this series has different propeller shapes with two, three or four blades. This series is suitable for tanks up to a volume of 180 m3. These mixers ensure strong mixing and cause little turbulence. The mixers can be used for mixing solids (e.g. PE) in liquid and keeping liquids homogeneous.
The drives have an installed power of 0.18 to 4 kW. The propeller diameters depend on the version and are available from Ø 90 to 1,500 mm. Propeller and shaft can be made of different materials depending on the application and can be provided with a plastic coating when necessary. This series of mixers have the best cost-performance ratio compared to the mixing volume for volumes up to 180 m3.
