EURO-P - Model ER4-H -Sludge and Slurry Pump
The ER4-H is a powerful hydraulic motor-driven slurry and sludge pump designed for mobile operation in pits, lagoons, and tanks. Thanks to its compact and robust construction, it is highly versatile and ideal for heavy-duty agricultural and industrial use. Equipped with a special steel impeller featuring an intake screw and hardened cutting edges, the ER4-H delivers reliable pumping performance even with abrasive or fibrous media. An optional hydraulically adjustable mixing nozzle allows operators to pre-mix and homogenize the medium, breaking up sediments or floating layers for consistent suction and maximum efficiency. The reinforced housing and efficient hydraulic drive make the ER4-H especially durable, ensuring long service life under demanding operating conditions. The pump is equipped with a mounting frame and it can be attached to the beam of an excavator, a concrete pump, a frontloader beam or the beam of a larger slurry tanker. This way the pump is adaptable to a lot of different applications and usage situations.
The nominal rotation speed is at 1500-1700 rpm. The hydraulic motor is to be adjusted to this speed at runtime. The available impeller sizes require about 7.5kW up to approx. 40kW drive power at nominal speed (hydraulic motor load).
