Pintle chain (integrated injection chain) is produced from thermoplastic high-strength engineering plastic, has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and shrinkage resistance, can sufficiently withstand operating load and tension, and is easy to assemble.
Split Sprocket for Easy Replacement
- The sprocket consists of a stainless steel sprocket wheel and replaceable non-metal teeth. So there is no deformation and corrosion due to chain load.
- It consists of replaceable non-metal teeth, whenever wear is occured only the worn teeth can be replaced without disassembling the shaft and chain.
Flight Monitoring System
With proximity sensors on the left and right sides, the duration of proximity on the left and right sides is measured to detect derailment of chains.
Chain Tension Control System from the ground
The Chain tension control system from the ground can adjust the chain tension without draining, and its simple operation significantly reduces maintenance costs and inspection time.

Foldable Extended Flight
Increases the efficiency in removing the scum on the surface.
When the flight goes up, the weight located inside comes down, which causes an extended flight that is interlocked through a wire to be unfolded.
