Adroit - Sluice and Stoplog Gates
Adroit’s Fabricated Gates offer reliable water control solutions for water, wastewater, and hydropower applications, with long service life and excellent sealing performance. Face Wall Mounted Sluice/Slide Gates are custom-designed for specific project needs, considering factors like seating/unseating heads, open top or self-contained frames, and rising or non-rising stems. These gates are known for superior leak resistance and durability, designed per AWWA and BS7775 standards, with built-in safety factors. Open Channel Gates are ideal for use in open channels of water or sewage and are mounted between parallel walls to control flow. These gates are lighter and more economical than face wall-mounted types. Key design considerations include ensuring the water height in the closed position is lower than the gate height. Custom-built per project specifications, they include features such as self-contained frames and stem types, designed to AWWA C561, BS7775, or Adroit’s standards.

(i) Face Wall Mounted
1) Design & Tested as per AWWA C561/ BS 7775 std.
2) Sluice Gates can be designed for upto 10m water head and can be provided in sizes range from 150x150mm to 1200x1200mm, depending upon client requirement.
3) Gates can be manufactured in MS / Aluminum / SS / Super Duplex material as per client requirement.
4) Simple design with no maintenance, leads to Competitive cost of product.
5) Provides sealing under permissible specified leakage rate as per specified design std.
(ii)Open Channel:
1) Design & Tested as per AWWA C513/ BS7775 / AWWA C561 / as per Adroit Manufacturing std.
2) Channel mounted gates can be provided in sizes range from 150x150mm to 1500x1500mm, depending upon client requirement.
3) Mounting of Channel mounted gates can be provided as Side Wall Anchored, Side Wall Embedded type, Face Wall mounted type.
4) Gates can be manufactured in MS / Aluminum / SS / Super Duplex material as per client requirement.
5) Simple design with no maintenance, leads to Competitive cost of product.
6) Can be operated manually, electrically or through gearbox as per client requirement.
