Kawise - Small Pellet Machine
Kawise series small pellet machines are designed to compress biomass materials and grains into high-quality feed pellets for poultry and livestock, as well as biomass pellets. Available in two versions, the standard model and the upgraded model, which features a fully enclosed motor shell for added protection and durability. The capacities ranging from 40kg/h to 750kg/h are ideal for small to medium-sized businesses and individual users.

The pellet mill can be equipped with different dies based on the raw materials and feeding targets. Common die sizes range from 2.5mm to 8mm. Below are the typical die sizes and their suitable applications for different livestock.
- Die Diameter: Pellets are Suitable for Feeding Animals
- 2.5mm: For small fish, small birds, etc
- 3mm: For young rabbits, chickens, ducks, pigeons, grass carp, and other small animals
- 4mm: For adult rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, peacocks, and more
- 6mm: For cattle, sheep, pigs, and more
- 8mm: For adult cattle, horses, camels, and more
Biomass Materials:
Rice husk, wheat straw, sunflower stalks, peanut shells, straw, sugarcane, miscanthus, alfalfa, grass, corn stalks, sorghum stalks, etc. These materials can be processed into pellets for feeding poultry, livestock, and aquaculture.
Solid Grains:
Includes cereal, corn, wheat, oilseed meal/cake, fish meal, etc. Suitable for producing small feed pellets for chickens, fish, rabbits, pigs, and other animals.
