Soil-Therm - Model Mobile-DEGASSER -Tank Degassing Oxidizers System

Operating Modes. The operation of this system can be accomplished in two ways (1) Degassing Mode ‐ ‐ sucking vapors from the a tank or truck VOC source, and (2) VAC‐TRUCK Mode ‐ ‐ receiving vapors from the source, such as the pressure exhaust from the vacuum truck`s pump.

Performance. The patent pending Mobile‐DEGASSER system has been designed to directly burn all the VOC`s through the flame, using Soil‐Therm`s patented Mach 4 burner technology. This ensures minimal retention time, maximum energy utilization, and faster processing rates than ever seen before.

Applications. As national air district standards continue to get tougher, the Soil‐Therm patented burner process allows for the permanent destruction of noxious vapors including VOC`s, methane, methanol, gasoline vapors, and other vapors that are emitted during the typical process of cleaning tanks and processing liquids. Tank Degassing operation mode allows for drawing up to 700 cfm of VOC`s, and a max process destruction rate of >100 lbs/hour. IC engines don`t even come close.

Physical Features. Each system is 8‐ft long x 5‐1/2‐ft wide and 7‐ft high. These are easily mounted to the rails on pumper trucks just behind the truck cab. Oxidizer is constructed of stainless steel lined with high temperature ceramic fiber insulation. Automatic motor valves align the valves for the operator depending on the operating mode selected. Smaller, more compact systems are also currently in development!

Other Features. Each system includes an operator touchscreen with remote cellular phone router technology for accessing operating information and data at anytime. Remote include complete first out information, temperatures, flows, flame safety, and lightweight construction.
