Specac - Model Arrow -Silicon ATR Consumable Slides
The Arrow is intended to facilitate novel workflows for applications in biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals. Batches of samples can be prepared away from the spectrometer on sample slides made from recycled polypropylene, reducing sample handing and boosting productivity. Arrow interfaces with the Quest family of ATR accessories via a simple aluminium puck.

Arrow is designed to facilitate novel IR spectroscopy workflows in life sciences and pre-clinical research. By providing each sample in a campaign with its own unique sample slide, cross-contamination between samples is avoided, sample preparation procedures including drying or functionalisation can be done in batches, and samples can be stored for later reuse or secure disposal.
