Speissens - Glazing Vibrators
Correct glazing (coating) requires the product to move through a water spray at a constant rate. Our years of knowledge allows us to ensure optimum product handling with our glazing vibrators, with which you can achieve a precise coating. With our inspection vibrators, the product is spread into an even layer by a vibrating table. This allows the inspection of each individual product.
The calibration vibrator is available with different grading sizes, fixed or interchangeable. For the processing of various products, it may be desirable to grade the products, distribute them into different sizes, and remove small or narrow pieces. Thanks to the vibrations the products can be sieved in many different directions.
Due to the vibrations of the dewatering vibrator, it is possible to remove excess water from the products and then sort them.
By using small vibrations a modified transport vibrator can almost constantly keep the product in the air, keeping the contact with the vibrator to a minimal. Therefore, this vibration technique is ideal for fragile products that require gentle handling.
