Model DFSW Module -Spiral Wound Membrane

Spiral membranes are used in a wide range of water treatment applications. The feed flows through parallel channels over the length of the element. Clean water passes through the semi-permeable membrane. The permeate spacer allows the water to travel all the way to the permeate tube. The brine, remaining stream from feed less permeate, is the concentrate which flows out at the end of the membrane element.
