Stacked Snail Sludge Dewatering Machine
The snail sludge dewatering machine belongs to the screw press dewatering machine, which can reduce the sedimentation tank and the sludge concentration tank and save the construction cost of the sewage station. The snail sludge dewatering machine uses the automatic update filter cake filtration technology instead of the traditional filter screen filtration. After the sludge is concentrated by gravity in the enrichment section, it is transported to the dehydration section. Sludge treatment process description
- Determine the type of flocculant and the proportion of dosing by matching the flocculation experiment. If it is necessary to use two flocculants to effectively flocculate, it is recommended to select a dewatering machine with two flocculation mixing tanks. A stirring device shall be arranged in the sludge tank. The sludge shall be continuously stirred before and during the operation to ensure the sludge concentration is relatively stable.
- Before running the dewatering machine, the flocculant solution should be brewed with the foaming device. The normal dilution factor of the polymer flocculant is 500-1000 times. The sludge passes through the sludge transfer pump, and the brewed flocculant is simultaneously fed into the flocculation mixing tank through the dosing pump according to the corresponding ratio, and is fully mixed by the mixer to form the scented flower, and the gravity is concentrated in the concentrated portion, and the filtrate is filtered. The filter is discharged from the concentrating section. The filtrate has a low solid content and is directly returned to the original pool.
- The concentrated sludge is advanced forward along the spiral axis, and is sufficiently dehydrated in the dehydration section by various combined forces. The filtrate of the dewatering section has a high solid content and can be refluxed to the flocculation mixing tank for dehydration again.
- The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the mud cake discharge port and sent to the mud truck directly or through a shaftless screw conveyor for reuse.
