Everblue - Model S01-AISI 316 -Stainless Steel Cyclone Filter
S01 SpeedBlue cyclone filters are designed in AISI 316L (stainlees steel 316L) and they are used to remove high quantity of suspend solids. SP0 cyclone filter remove from the water the 90% of the particles bigger than 70 micron (0,07 mm) and specific weight more than 2,6 kg/dm3. cyclone filters are ideal to put at the beginning of pretreatment in filtration plants (RO & UF).
SpeedBlue cyclone filters remove all suspended inorganic solids with high specific rate in the surface waters (sea, rivers, lakes), well waters and waste waters. Speedblue cyclone filters guarantee efficiency higher than 90% in the removal of particles larger than 70 microns and specific gravity greater than 2.6 kg / dm3.They are especially indicated for the following applications: pre-treatment of water treatment plants, filtration of process water, filtration of water for heat exchangers, irrigation, aquaculture and protection of spraying nozzles. For water with elevated quantities of suspended solids, cyclone filters represent a valid pre-treatment for sand filters and self-cleaning filters as they allow to reduce the number of rigenerations and reduce water and energy consumption.
