Wetted parts Type 316 stainless steel. Toothed impeller and toothed liner. Discharge grid pattern is 18 rows x 17 rows of 1/8” diameter openings (306 holes). Consult factory for alternative grid configurations.

Double bearing design with oil lubricated ball bearing mounted shaft. Deflection resistant 4140 steel shaft.

6" diameter conical inlet flange welded to 8" long stub having 3/4" NPT fitting with plug and 1/4" NPT fitting with plug. 3" diameter conical outlet flange welded to 6" long stub having 3/4" NPT fitting with plug and 1/4" NPT fitting with plug. Conical flanges have Viton o-ring where held to Dicon body by quick release clamps. Stubs have 150 lb. ASA Carbon Steel flanges.

Shaft sealed by double mechanical seal with Viton o-rings on shaft for operation up to 150 psig at 280 degrees F. Double seal requires pressurization at 20 psig HIGHER pressure than on product side and positive flush of clean liquid at 0.5 gpm. Oversize seal location able to accept most cartridge and flanged type seals as an additional option.

Shaft connected via flexible coupling to 30 HP 3600 RPM Class I, Group D, Div. I explosion proof motor. For use on 3/60/230-460V service. Starter not included. With Painted Carbon Steel base.
