Wetted parts Type 316 stainless steel. Toothed impeller and toothed liner. Discharge grid pattern is 18 rows x 17 rows of 1/8" diameter openings (306 holes). Consult factory for alternative grid configurations.

6" diameter conical inlet flange welded to 8" long stub having 3/4" NPT fitting with plug and 1/4" NPT fitting with plug. 3" diameter conical outlet flange welded to 6" long stub having 3/4" NPT fitting with plug and 1/4" NPT fitting with plug. Conical flanges have Viton o-ring where held to Dicon body by quick release clamps. Stubs have 150 lb. ASA Carbon Steel flanges.
Sanitary clamp style connections available.

Double mechanical seal with Viton o-rings for operation up to 150 psig at 280 degrees F.

Directly coupled to and mounted on 30 HP 3600 RPM TEFC motor. For use on 3/60/230-460 service. Starter not included. With Painted Carbon Steel base.
