Sterilizers (Homogenizers) Vertical and Horizontal
The ultimate competitive advantage in feeds: vertical and horizontal sterilizers are designed for best quality animal feed production, the task of the sterilizer is to eliminate the unwanted bacteria, fungi and other harmful substances while minimizing loss of the basic ingredients of the compound feed. this improves the digestibility of the feed and reduces the consumption, a characteristic feature of the vertical sterilizer ST-1100 is to use gravity to greatly reduce the power demand.
-
a large surface guarantees a stable material movement at the whole volume of the container. this eliminates the phenomenon on of degradation of the particles and ensures a stable and constant sterilization process.
-
the by-pass allows speeding up the installation start-up. this avoids the problem of sticking the raw material to the walls during start-up of a cold machine.
-
the weighing system provides easy adjustment and monitoring of the quantity of the raw material passing through the sterilizer and prevents the blockage of the sterilizer chamber. this way the movement of raw material in the cylinder allows for accurate sterilization of each particle of raw material per unit time.
-
the automatic work control of the sterilizer is carried out from a central control computer of the granulation line or from a separate additional control system.
-
The ST-1100 sterilizer complies with the European Union norms.
-
stable temperature of feed,
-
elimination of feed particles degradation at all the sterilizer’s volume during feed movement (the advantage of vertical sterilizers),
-
stable output level control through the real time physical weight control (the advantage of vertical sterilizers),
-
maximal volume use with elimination of sterilizer chamber blockage because of starch precipitation (other types don’t ensure that),
-
by-pass heating system for skipping the sterilizer; it is very useful during the start-up stage (when the system is not warmed up) or when the feed doesn’t require sterilization (new!).
-
the required power is far lower than any other present solutions
-
it is possible to produce feed with higher fat content,
-
the sterilizer doesn’t require any expensive system of steam reduction and stabilization,
-
the weighing system controls all the time the amount of the feed in the sterilizer’s chamber and keep it constant; this can’t be achieved in other sterilizers, which are based on the volumetric system, which is not precise and can’t effectively use the whole volume of the chamber; that leads to chamber blockages and long downtimes.
