Stokkermill - Model Multiflex Turbo Zig-Zag -Copper Wire Granulator

MULTI-FLEX wire harness cable granulators are available in 4 models with outputs rates ranging from 350 to 1.200 kg/h input. Properly sized drive motors permit to overcome unpredictable load allowing stable operation and low energy consumption. MULTI-FLEX chopping granulators can be equipped with a zig-zag device for separating thick and rigid wire.

MULTI-FLEX are equipped with the ML blades mill manufactured from a unique steel block without weldings and available in different configurations with 3 or 5 rotating blades and 2 or 4 reversible fixed blades. MULTI-FLEX are equipped with a second refining step, downstream of the blades mill, which allows to process any kind of diameter (i.e., telephonic cables, data cables and e-waste harness) with the same classifier screen. No any cable manual sorting has required saving time and money.

MULTI-FLEX does not require any water cooling thanks to the correct size of all the process components like the transport pipes, the cyclones and the filtration systems.

MULTI-FLEX can be put in line with the PS or CSR shredders by a NST conveyor belt.
