Storage Systems for Drinking Water

PALATANK tanks are monobloc or modular to obtain large storage volumes and optimize overall space. Thanks to polyethylene, a non-toxic material that does not favor the development of algae and cannot be attacked by chemical substances present in the soil, PALATANK tanks, with underground or above ground installation, are suitable for the containment of drinking water and for the accumulation of water for fire prevention, washing and irrigation systems. The PALATANK tanks are made with polyethylene and galvanized steel pipes class DX51 D + ZF/Z, compliant with the UNI EN 10346 standard, incorporated into the wall of the pipe. Continuous coupling of the steel core to the polyethylene walls obtained by chemical fixing capable of ensuring polyethylene-steel solidarity and their perfect and uninterrupted adhesion. Therefore, they are much lighter than those made with other materials [for example concrete, fibreglass, etc.] resulting in extremely economical and rapid transport and installation.

Upon request, it is possible to conform a small lifting station inside the storage volume, housing lifting pumps using small polyethylene structures that form a space to be filled with concrete, for anchoring the anchor bolts.
