Paladex Tubes

Obsolete and inadequate sewer pipes for the growing development of the urban population, increasingly intense atmospheric rainfall, frequent hydrogeological disruptions require the study of innovative solutions for the disposal of greater quantities of rainwater and sewage, through the installation of pipes capable of providing adequate responses to all internal and external stresses to which the drainage system is subjected. The innovative idea behind this production consists in combining the typical characteristics of polyethylene - resistance to abrasion, lightness, minimum roughness coefficient, inertia to chemical substances, versatility and ease of installation - with the characteristics of steel, which presents an elastic modulus 200 times higher than polyethylene.

Dispersing Tubes

The cracked drainage pipe has holes on its surface arranged along the throat between the steel spirals. Thanks to these holes, water can enter the inside of the pipe without carrying earthy residues with it. In this way, the ground is consolidated and deprived of excess water, which then flows towards a collection point (in the case of sub-horizontal pipes) or into a well (in the case of vertical pipes). Sub-horizontal drainage pipes can be used for road, agricultural, railway, airport, construction and public green drainage works. Vertical drainage pipes, on the other hand, are aimed at creating wells for domestic, agricultural or public use.

Continuous Treatment System for Rainwater

Continuous treatment system for rainwater contaminated by hydrocarbons, produced by an ISO 9001/2008 certified company, suitable for the treatment of a rainfall flow rate of 5 mm, uniformly distributed over the entire drainage surface such as car parks, roads, warehouses and uncovered warehouses served by the drainage network and following a meteorological event lasting 15 minutes. The first rainfall system, compliant with Legislative Decree no. 152 of 2006, and suitable for burial beneath driveway surfaces, is made up of a continuous flow treatment system composed of a single monobloc spiral tubular element in polyethylene reinforced with galvanized steel compliant with the UNI 11434 standard within which is present:

Storage Systems for Drinking Water

Modular or monobloc tank, produced by an ISO 9001/2008 certified company, suitable for the accumulation and reuse of drinking water, rainwater and other food liquids, consisting of a spiral pipe in polyethylene reinforced with galvanized steel compliant with the UNI 11434 standard and suitable for burial beneath driveway surfaces and/or for installation above ground. The tank is complete with inlet and inspections made with polyethylene [PE] trunks and housing for lifting pumps to relaunch water at higher altitudes. Extensions, which can be installed on the inspections of all products, optional.

Fire Prevention Systems

The underground or above-ground Palatank tanks, coupled with an external room and pressurization station, constitute a complete system for fire prevention systems. The tank, suitable for installation under areas including vehicles, constitutes the water reserve necessary to guarantee the load-bearing capacity of the building and limit the spread of fire and smoke. With the help of an above-ground technical room, the tank can be installed in the above-head and below-head mode. The pressurization group can be made up of "vertical turbine pumps" with vertical axis suction above the head, or with horizontal axis pumps below the head or again, with suction pipes above the head and pumps installed in the technical room.
