Xinda - Model QT -Strip Cutter Machine

The machine is used to cut the long strips( cut from double tire tread) into small blocks of certain size. Features: Double tire tread is often seen in retreaded tires which have with two layers of treads on top of each other. Common Block Cutter cannot cut double tread, the blade wear out very soon and capacity is low. In order to better serve the customer demands, we have successfully developed the machine to be able to cut double treads. The machine is high quality, easy to operate, durable, low noise, no pollution and steady performance. It is an ideal equipment for waste recycling. The blades are made of hard alloy steel which can be repeatedly used after repairing and polishing.
