Super Sludge Dryer
The Super Sludge Dryer is a special equipment for sludge reduction. The sludge is dried by direct contact with hot air. The high-speed rotating crushing shaft is built in, which completely solves the problem of sludge adhesive phase. The sludge with different water content will be directly reduced to 20% , and the reduction amount will be 80% . The quality of the sludge after drying is uniform and the particle size is small ( 1~5mm ). After treatment, the sludge can be used as fuel. The equipment incorporates the expertise of experts in the fields of incineration, drying and carbonization in Japan and professors from well-known universities in China.
This equipment uses clean energy as a heating and drying energy source. It uses direct heating to prevent toxic substances such as dioxins from being produced during the treatment. Compared with direct sludge incineration, the super sludge dryer requires less energy and lowers carbon emissions, which is in line with national low carbon environmental protection requirements.
After the material is transported to the feeding hopper through the screw conveying shaft, it is initially stirred and crushed by the stirring device in the hopper, and then transported through the double-axis spiral. During the conveying process, the material can be crushed again and finally put into the super sludge drying barrel. Deep agitation and crushing in the body. In the drying cylinder, the material will be driven by the lifting member placed on the cylinder, and the circulation from the bottom to the top of the cylinder begins. During the rotation, the material falls from the top due to gravity, and is crushed by a high-speed rotating crusher. In the form of fine particles, this cyclical action continues until the material is discharged outside the furnace.
Unique mixing and pulverizing device to obtain a uniform powdery finished product
The super sludge dryer has a unique pulverizing and stirring device in the drying cylinder, and the rotatable cylinder itself also has the function of crushing and stirring. The pulverizing and stirring device can pulverize and disperse materials such as adhesives and lumps, thereby increasing the hot air contact efficiency, and the cylinder ensures a uniform quality (particle size of 1-5 mm) of the dried product in a short time.
No bond problem
The characteristics of the sludge are very viscous and have a special stage of the binder phase (water content 40%-60%) during the drying process. In this extremely narrow transition section, the sludge is extremely agglomerated, the surface is hard and difficult to smash, while the inside is still mud. However, the device has a unique pulverizing and stirring device. When the sludge is dried in the cylinder, the device rotates at a high speed, and the sludge in the phase of the adhesive phase is completely pulverized into small granular materials, thereby improving the drying efficiency.
Large heat capacity coefficient and high thermal efficiency
Through the composite effect of the crushing and stirring device and the cylinder rotation, the total heat transfer coefficient is increased to 2 to 3 times (Ua=200~600W/m2K) of the ordinary rotary dryer.
Product moisture content controllable, wide range of applications
Since the exhaust gas temperature changes with the change of evaporation amount, the device adopts corresponding control means to cope with the change in design and construction to ensure the control and management of product moisture content. Therefore, the device can be applied to materials, flocs and blocks of different properties.
Easy to operate and easy to maintain
The mechanism is simple, it needs to detect fewer parts, which is convenient for maintenance. The operator uses the touch panel to perform production operations. If there is a fault, there will be a fault indication on the operation panel.
Energy saving and high economic value added
After the material is pulverized, the area in contact with the hot air is increased, so that the hot air is fully utilized, and the exhaust hot air is recycled, which greatly reduces the energy consumption. The dried product is a particle having a particle diameter of 1-5 mm and has a high calorific value and can be used as a fuel if it is processed.
