Technicalia - Odorous Substances Control System
The Odor Control System is a custom-designed product, created to effectively neutralize odors occurring in a specific location, facility, and specific business activity. The system is based on proven filtration methods such as activated carbon, volcanic lava, biofilters, and chemical scrubbers. Our team takes full responsibility for the neutralization process. We handle the entire process—from detailed research and analysis of pollution sources, through the development of a tailored design and selection of the most effective technology, to installation, commissioning, system maintenance, and regular service.
We also implement modern monitoring systems that allow for continuous monitoring of our equipment`s performance. Pollution Sources Odor Control Systems are used in various facilities where odors are emitted, such as sewage treatment plants, waste disposal plants, paint shops, yacht manufacturing plants, animal breeding farms, meat and fish processing plants, biogas plants, manufacturing plants, and other installations and devices related to industrial infrastructure.

We conduct detailed tests and measurements of both instantaneous and average concentrations. Precise analyses, taking into account time variability of up to one month, provide a complete picture of the problem.

Neutralizing bed
Our devices can be equipped with filter media based on activated carbon, volcanic lava, or neutralizing solutions. For demanding projects, we utilize a multi-stage odor neutralization process.
Monitoring of air purification processes Regardless of the selected air purification technology, it is possible to install a measurement system of the Odorous Substances Control System by installing odorous substance concentration sensors at the inlet to the device and after the device, together with on-line monitoring and an alarm system.
