Tecme - Model TEC series -Stainless Steel Sterilizer
TEC series has stainless steel AISI 304/316 cylindrical reactors. One or more high efficiency, low pressure mercury vapor lamps, emitting short-wave at 254 nm, are housed within the reactors. The use of electronic ballast allows a pre-heating phase and an accurate control of the power supply frequency in order to avoid the `flicker` effect by optimizing the system performance and extending lamp life.
Sensors
All models have a sensor calibrated according to DVGW (DeutscheVereinigungdes Gas und Wasserfaches) for the control of uvc dose inside the reactor and a water temperature sensor inside the chamber which allows to set different alarm thresholds.
Electronic control
All our uvc systems have an electronic control with large backlit alphanumeric display on which the user can check, at any time, the efficiency of the machine, the parameters set and eventual alarms. A bus connection enables the use with other systems in the field.
Cleaning systems
TEC Systems have a manual or automatic quartz cleaning system that permits to always maintain adequate radiation. Cleaning is performed without interrupting operation and can be programmed with predefined times on the electronic control.
