Tecme - Model DXT DP Series - Chlorine Dioxide Generators

Producer utilizing reagents such as dilute hydrochloric acid (HCl) at 9% and sodium chlorite (NaClO2) at 7.5%. Dilution System and safe carriage of the solution produced. Quality and purity guaranteed by the chlorine dioxide reactor in alimentary PVDF and dosing pumps controlled by fieldbus. Controller onboard with a programmable microprocessor using large alphanumeric display from 4.1 `that oversees all stages of the generation, control and alarm. Modulation of the production in manually or automatically mode. Connection to an Ethernet network using MODBUS RTU protocol. Possibility of connecting up to three sensors of analysis such as residual chlorine dioxide, chlorite and residual dioxide gas detector in the air. Version DP / 2 with automatic calibration. Tecme - Model D Series - Chlorine Dioxide Generators

Both reagents are dosed in the production reactor by means of two electromagnetic dosing pumps, whose capacity can be easily checked by means of two cylinders mounted on board. Two flow sensors monitor the actual flow of the reagents. A microprocessor-based electronic control with alphanumeric display checks all stages of production, control and alarm of the plant. The production can be set manually or automatically modulated by means of analog or pulse normed signals coming from the outside.

Tecme - Model PBC-DSD Series - Chlorine Dioxide Generators

Line of generators for small productions equipped with a special reactor which provides 2% premix solution of chlorine dioxide output to reduced danger. In the basic version the system is very compact and can also be supplied in a cabinet closed and/or equipped with analysis instrumentation.

Tecme - Model PBC - DSD Series - Multipoint Chlorine Dioxide Generators

Multipoint system allows the dosing of the solution of chlorine dioxide in more points, with different flow rates, by avoiding the use of multiple dedicated generators. The system consists of chlorine dioxide producer, complete with digital electromagnetic pumps for the dosing of the solution in more points. Also available in closet.

Tecme - Model TEC series - Stainless Steel Sterilizer

TEC series has stainless steel AISI 304/316 cylindrical reactors. One or more high efficiency, low pressure mercury vapor lamps, emitting short-wave at 254 nm, are housed within the reactors. The use of electronic ballast allows a pre-heating phase and an accurate control of the power supply frequency in order to avoid the `flicker` effect by optimizing the system performance and extending lamp life.

HP Sterilizers use a reactor made of stainless steel AISI 316 that houses a `high power` and `medium pressure” mercury vapor lamp. The use of electronic “ballast” allows a pre-heating phase and an accurate control of the power supply frequency in order to avoid the `flicker` effect by optimizing the system performance and extending lamp life.  

Tecme - Model Linea Casa Series - Sterilizer Uses Low Pressure and High Rendering Mercury Vapor UVC Lamps

“Linea casa” series is ideal for dealing modest water capacities. The sterilizer uses low pressure and high rendering mercury vapor UVC lamps. The lamps are housed in transparent high purity quartz tubes. The reaction chamber is made of stainless steel AISI 304. All parts that come in contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel with sanitary finish to ensures maximum hygiene. Lamps lifetime and therefore their efficiency is approximately 9,000 hours, varying according to the number of starts and stops of the unit.

Portable Chlorination System

Fully preassembled compact dosing system, designed to meet the challenges related to chlorination of sources or water intakes without power supply or for urgent interventions. The system is equipped with an electronically-controlled electromagnetic dosing pump with low voltage 12 Vdc power, special edition with low absorption version and both manual and automatic control for flow measurement. Complete with containment dikes for reagent tank 10/20 liters and stationary battery protected compartment. The electronic instrumentation is separated from the hydraulic components to ensure total safety of the plant.

Model A - Dosing System

Ground floor dosing systems with reagent storage tank integrated in the supporting structure. The instrumentation is installed on the front panel and includes an electromagnetic dosing pump controlled electronically with both manual and automatic control of the flow measurement, fuse holder IP 65 with fuse protection. Possibility to install the calibration cylinder of the dosing pump, the degassing storage tank, in order to prevent the disengagement of the pump, the flow sensor and the anti-siphon valve for pressures up to 3 bar. The structure, equipped with containment dike connected to the tank, is made of anti corrosive plastics material. The system is available in 220 Volt 50 Hz or in 12/24 Vdc with or without solar panel (supplied). The small-sized dimensions, the compactness of the system and the quick fitting make the dosing group Type A a simple and functional product.
