CGS ProzessAnalytik - Model XT-T1 -Temperature Controller
The XT-T1 temperature controller is designed for precise regulation of heaters, heated sample gas lines, or heated systems. It offers control over up to four heating circuits, making it versatile for various industrial applications. The XT-T1 facilitates efficient thermal management, ensuring that equipment operates within specified temperature ranges, thus enhancing performance and safety. It is an integral component in systems where temperature control is crucial for the reliability and accuracy of analytics, particularly in sectors dealing with complex gas mixtures and varying thermal requirements.This device is made for temperature controlling of heatings, heated sample gas lines or heated systems. Up to 4 heating circuits can be controlled. The XT-T1 can be equipped with up to 4 controllers , each with a separate solid-state relay. Thus enables a wear-free switching of the load current. Therefore any numbers of cycle duties without wear and tear of contacts are possible. Any control parameters will be set directly at the module. All controller parameters are set directly on the module. The controller can be programmed both as a two- or threepoint controller. All common measuring transducers (e. g. PT100, Fe-CuNi, Ni-CrNi [standard]) can be connected. The actual value will be displayed on the monitor which is easy to read from bigger distances. Besides the connection plugs for the heating circuits the module is equipped with an additional alert output.
