The inclined screen separator employs a sloped screen to separate liquids from solids first. After the primary filtration, the solid particles are pushed towards the lower end of the screen and enter the screw press for the secondary filtration. The solids are further pushed and squeezed by the screw press and cylindrical screen. Finally, the drier solid is discharged at the end of the screw press. The design utilizes gravity and mechanical action to enhance dewatering efficiency.
