Xinda - Model QGJ -Tire Cutter Machine

The machine is used to cut the sidewall and tire tread off from passenger tires to prepare for the following pyrolysis process or storage and transport. Structure and Pinciple: The machine consists of main frame body, transmission, clamp device, cutting device, air pressure adjustment device and blades. The tire is immobilized from inner ring and firmly held onto the supporter and rotates driven by motor reducer. The blade fixed on the blade seat, can move in and out by the pneumatic clams with certain cutting angle and depth depending on the tire sizes. The tire will be smoothly cut by the blade while the tire rotates.
