The machine is for cutting apart the rim, sidewall and tread from tire, it is the first step machine for waste tire recycling. Structure and Principle: The machine consists of frame body, transmission, clamps and blades. Place the tire with inner ring around the clamps. The adjusting device will fix the whole tire around the clamps, then it rotates driven by motor reducer, before it accelerates, move the blade which is fixed on the blade seat, to cut into the tire with appropriate cutting depth.
