The WASSENBURG WD440 Toploader is engineered for the meticulous cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes and other sensitive medical devices. It ensures optimal safety and control through its superior design and technology. Utilizing a unique basin and helical tube system, it enables thorough cleaning with a 360-degree flow of water and chemicals. Each endoscope channel is independently managed with advanced pump technology to check flow and prevent blockages. RFID technology tracks chemicals and processes, ensuring traceability and safety. The system also employs the EndoHigh chemicals, which combine detergents with PAA or GTA for efficient and effective processing. Although processing time may vary, the PAA cycle completes in approximately 22 minutes. The WD440 complies with ISO 15883 standards, featuring an independent IMS for process monitoring, data collection, and analysis, optional through the WASSENBURG Process Manager software.
