Kemco - Model Kleenwater -Traditional Membrane Filtration Systems
Traditional membrane filtration systems can suffer from failure-inducing buildups and require considerable chemical treatments to maintain functionality; however, the KLEENWATER™’s ceramic membranes possess a heightened tolerance for corrosive or damaging wastewater chemicals and media. The KLEENWATER™’s CMF process removes an impressive percentage of wastewater contaminants without the need for chemical agents and produces properly treated filtrate free of impurities.
Water is a necessary component across industrial applications and the wastewater produced as many options for treatment and continued reuse. From food processing to commercial laundry and other applications, wastewater treatment and discharge can look wildly different from facility to facility. Despite the variations, almost any industrial process involving wastewater stands to benefit from the integration of Kemco Systems’ patented KLEENWATER™ System. Combining Ceramic Membrane Filtration (CMF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology, Kemco’s KLEENWATER™ System is the only patented system capable of recycling water while maintaining its thermal energy.
After recycled wastewater undergoes CMF filtration, it is further purified through the KLEENWATER™’s high-pressure RO component. Purpose-built RO membranes remove any remaining dissolved constituents from the filtrate.
