Kerui - Model KTLG -Trailer Mounted Coiled Tubing Unit
The basic function of CTU is to trip in and out the coiled tubing through tubing or casing in the oil or gas well during operation, and wind the coiled tubing round the reel for easy transportation. It can ensure efficient and lasting operation in the field of well sand washing, well flushing, acidizing, nitrogen gas lift, induced flow, well completion, well killing, well fishing, well logging for highly-deviated well and horizontal well, coiled tubing perforation, sand consolidation and sand control and well sealing. Main application: sand washing, well flushing, nitrogen gas lift, wax removal, well completion, velocity string, drilling and milling bridge plug, well fishing, well logging for highly-deviated and horizontal well, sand blasting perforation, cement injection for well sealing, annulus fracturing, drilling.

- The unit is fully hydraulic driven, and the height adjustable control cabin can achieve the integrated control for the hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electric system. The unit is with high reliability and automation.
- The tubing simulation analysis software can be for data acquisition, tubing fatigue analysis and tubing simulation.
- The tubing reel is driven by hydraulic motor and planetary reducer directly, which make it more reliable. Well logging tubing reel can be designed according customer requirement.
- The high precision counting system can achieve subsection counting, tubing total length recording, historical data query, intelligent alarm output, password protection and engine communication and monitoring at the same time.
- The supplied coiled tubing anti-collision device can automatically monitor the tubing disconnect with the wellhead status. The 70/105MPa anti-collision device is optional.
- The injector gripper is quick-detachable for convenient replacement. The 1.25~-2.875~ tubing is applicable. The injector brake system can achieve the low pressure automatic brake.
- The coiled tubing online monitoring device, the high pressure filter, and the dust catcher are optional.
