NLB’s trailer mounted vacuum system is designed to provide a portable, lightweight vacuum source for use with our HydroPrep® or STARJETt® line of water jet surface preparation/pavement marking removal tools. The system’s small footprint and lightweight design allows it to easily be towed to the job site. The vac system is driven by a 44 HP (33 kw) diesel engine and provides 1,000 CFM @ 6″ to 8″ of mercury. A 1,200 gallon tank collects all waste and debris and can be dumped via an integrated hydraulic system. The standard mounting package includes a three axle trailer.
