Indco - Model TCM-2-150A-D -Tri-Clamp Mount Mixer with Dual Propeller
INDCO`s Tri-Clamp Flange Mount Mixers are designed for sanitary sealed applications in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. The sanitary tri-clamp design provides quick and easy access to the vessel with no tools required. This unit features a 2" diameter flange, mechanical seal rated to 125 psi, and a flexible shaft coupler. The 1-1/2 HP air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 70 CFM. See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow. The air flow adjustment valve provides 300-3000 RPM output. The 24" long shaft attaches to the coupler and two 5" 3-blade square pitch propellers with set screws. All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel.
This model features a Gast air motor known for rugged construction and reliability. Air motors deliver variable speed for optimal agitation control and are lighter weight than our electric models. They also significantly reduce the possibility of explosion when working with combustible materials. Customizations to meet your requirements are available and include multiple impeller options, polished and electropolished wetted parts and special seals. Material certifications and certificates of conformance can be provided.
