TRIOPTICS - Model ATS 100 -Alignment Turning Stations for Precision Lens Machining

The ATS series from TRIOPTICS represents advanced machinery designed for high-precision centering, alignment, and machining of mounted lenses and lens groups. Utilizing the renowned OptiCentric® centration measurement system, these machines perform ultra-precise operations that align the mount's axis of symmetry with the optical axis of the lens, offering processing accuracies of better than 0.5 microns. The ATS series comprises different models catering to various requirements, including the ATS 100 for compact lens systems, ATS 200 for medium production, and the high-performing ATS 200 UP with hydrostatic bearing supports. The ATS 300 UP extends capabilities to larger lenses, up to 300 mm in diameter. For efficient production integration, the ATS-C features a CNC setup for swift operation.
