Designed for the collection and distribution of water with direct retention of filtering media, the Triton Underdrain TM is comprised of stainless steel Vee-Wire® wound around and welded to U-shaped perforated channel rods supports to allow flow control for both air and water.
The design ensures a robust construction while the two point particle contact of the Vee-Wire® reduces plugging. The Triton Underdrain TM system is the ideal alternative to nozzle floor, block style underdrains. The Triton provides a low profile and high open area percentage to optimize the efficiency of gravity flow media filter basins.
